"For no apparent reason" : Said at times when something makes no sense at all.  I'm  going to let you in on a Hooter touring secret... Before each major tour, I run up to the printers and get 200 business cards made up that read "For no apparent reason."  I give  them out to crew and band members. When the person sees an article that makes no sense at all, the person will issue a card right there on the spot. The card will sit there on or around the article hoping other Band or Crew members see it and laughs.
